Deposit & Cancellation Policy
A deposit is required to reserve your appointment, paid by Interac e-transfer. The remaining balance can be paid in cash at your appointment if you prefer.

Cancel with a full deposit refund, or reschedule.
- 48–72 hours before
Reschedule free of charge (no cancellation refund).
- 24–48 hours before
Reschedule only — last chance to move your slot.
- Within 24 hours
Deposit is held. If we rebook your slot, we return your deposit.
We're honest about your slot — if you cancel late but we manage to rebook your time, we'll return your deposit. We never want you to lose out unfairly.
